2. No guarantee is provided in respect of accreditation within the self-assessment programme.
2.1 The TAPA EMEA website contains general information about the self-assessment programme only and is not legally binding in respect of security loss and or any other form of operational security failure.
2.2 The self-assessment programme does not provide any assurances in respect of insurance liabilities.
3. No warranties or liabilities are assumed as part of the self-assessment TAPA EMEA programme by TAPA EMEA.
3.1 The security information on our website is provided without any representations or warranties, expressed or implied.
3.2 Without limiting the scope of Section 3.1, we do not warrant the security status of any party in the programme:
(a) Self-Assessment is monitored by sample evaluation auditing by an Independent Audit Body on behalf of TAPA EMEA.
(b) The status of any self –assessment audit ‘Submission Form’ and ‘Audit Log’ / ‘Waiver’ being a true, accurate, complete and non-misleading document is not guaranteed by TAPA EMEA as the programme is operated via self- assessment.
4. No contractual relationship arises from taking part in the TAPA EMEA self-assessment programme.
4.1 No contractual relationship shall be created through the use of the TAPA EMEA website.
5. Interactive features on the website for the self-assessment programme are not warranted by TAPA EMEA.
5.1 Our website includes interactive features that allow users to communicate with us and is non assured as to accuracy provided in third parties documentation.
5.2 You acknowledge that, because of the limited nature of communication through our website's interactive features, any assistance you may receive using any such features is likely to be incomplete and may even be misleading.
